At the heart of the global food crisis is the growing gap between our ability to create food and our demand to consume it.

These network diagrams were created to help visualize the interrelated elements within the system, based off a 2010 Hubb Spiertz publication in Science Direct. The sheer quantity of nodes, coupled with the myriad of connections between them, illustrates the complexity of the challenges that lie before us.
